Personality Poker is a highly innovative, interactive, straightforward to use, yet thought provoking card game. It can be used in all kinds of organisations, with existing teams as well as those whose members know each other peripherally or not at all.

The process of playing the game stimulates individual and team growth. During the game participants are encouraged to reflect on themselves and others and come to see how others experience the impact of their behaviour and personality style.

At the heart of the game is a set of 230 cards each featuring a different personality objective. The individual words are primarily positive but some people might perceive or interpret certain words as negative due to their own life experience, professional situation or stage of development.
