Team Building Shop is committed to the reducing environmental impacts and to the continual improvement of our environmental performance in relation to the sourcing, sale and distribution of our products and business operations.

We aim to reduce, reuse and recycle wherever possible in our general office duties. We recognize that we need to minimize our use of packaging materials or reuse materials where possible. We also implement procedures to reduce pollution and noise both locally and in the wider environment when preparing and delivering team building events.

Wherever possible, Team Building Shop source and use suppliers that are environmentally aware and have sustainability practices and policies in place. It is the responsibility of all employees and suppliers to fully support this policy through active participation and co-operation.

Team Building Shop follows fair employment practices that are outlined in full in the company Staff Handbook.

The introduction and implementation of this policy is a commitment of Team Building Shop management and a shared responsibility with our employees and all aspects of the company will be regularly assessed.
